Information we need from you

We need:

  • your business rates reference number
  • your contact details
  • the date your premises lease ends or the sale is complete
  • the date you're moving out of the property
  • the name and address of the property owner or agent (if rented) or new owner (if selling)
  • a copy of your notice of surrender or proof of your lease end date
  • your new contact address to send your closing bill (if paper billing)

What happens next

A closing bill will be sent to you. This will show your final account information. 

For example, if you need to pay us any unpaid business rates or your account is in credit, and you can apply for a refund.
