Change a gambling premises licence

If you hold a gambling premises licence, you can apply to make a number of changes. You can:

• apply to transfer a premises licence into your name
• apply to change any of the details on the licence 
• change the name or the address of the licence holder
• surrender your licence 
• request a duplicate copy of a licence
