Residential car park permits
If you live in Woking town centre, you can apply for a 24-hour discounted residential parking permit or an off-peak permit.
24-hour residential car park permits
You can apply for a residents 24-hour discounted car park permit if you live within Woking town centre.
To apply, you will need to use our ZatPermit online portal. You will need to sign in or create a new account.
We will only issue 1 residents' 24-hour permit per address. The permit costs are:
- £104 per month
- £298 per quarter (3 months)
- £1,035 per year

Where you can use this permit
This permit allows unrestricted use of either Heathside Crescent or Victoria Place car parks.
What you will need
Before applying, you will need:
- your vehicle registration document (V5C)
- proof of address
- a credit or debit card
Proof of address
We will need to see your name, address and dated within the last 3 months. We will accept a:
- utility bill
- bank statement
- letter from your pension provider or the NHS
Recently moved
If you have just moved, we can accept a letter from your solicitor or landlord.
Company vehicle
If you drive a company vehicle, we will accept a letter from your manager (on headed paper) confirming your exclusive use of the vehicle.
Changes to your permit
If you change your vehicle, you can tell us in your ZatPermit account:
- on the 'Vehicle' page, you will see the vehicles linked to your account – here you can add a new vehicle and upload your new V5C document or proof of purchase
- once you have added a new vehicle to your account, find the 'Bookings' page where you can view and update your current permit
If you are using a courtesy vehicle, contact us with proof of your repair or service and estimated date when the work will be completed:

Cancelling your permit
You can cancel your permit in your ZatPermit account:
- find the 'Bookings' page
- chose the permit you would like to cancel
Any refunds due will be calculated based on full unused months. A £25 cancellation fee will be taken from your total refund amount.
