Your PCN reference

When making a payment, quote your PCN payment reference.

The reference is printed on the:

  • detachable section of the notice and the top of the PCN
  • second page of the 'notice to owner'
  • first page of the 'charge certificate'

It can take up to 24 hours (from the date printed on the notice) for new PCNs to be logged on our payment system.

If you cannot find your PCN online, please check the date and time of issue. If it is less than 24 hours, please try again after this time period.

PCN charges are either £50 or £70.

If we receive your payment within 14 days of the notice being issued, you will be entitled to a 50% discount of £25 or £35.

After 14 days, you are liable to pay the full charge.
