Experienced local builders who frequently use our building control service usually require less supervision or re-inspection to obtain building regulations approval.
To reflect this, we offer builders that are listed on our partner builders' list a 25% reduction off our standard building inspection fee. This discount is subject to the builder being nominated at the time of the application.
The criteria we use in applying this reduction is evidence of 10 consecutive projects meeting the Local Authority Building Control (LABC) inspection framework, without the need for re-inspection.
