How to let us know if you think someone has broken planning rules, including how we enforce planning regulations.

Please include your contact details so that we can:

  • provide updates
  • ask further questions if necessary

We will not investigate anonymous reports.

We are responsible for keeping a record of:

  • enforcement notices
  • temporary stop notices
  • stop notices
  • breach of condition notices
  • planning enforcement orders
  • enforcement warning notices
