CON29R search enquiries

CON29R searches are optional questions.

The only questions that can be requested and that we can answer are:

  • all parts of 1.1 and 1.2
  • all parts of 3.7 (except 'e') and 3.10, 3.12 and 3.15

Once you have completed the CON29R request form, you will be asked to pay for the search by credit or debit card. 

Go to local land charge fees and payments

We will email the search results to you, usually within 10 working days.
