Change a premises licence
Change a name or an address, transfer or vary a licence, change the name of the designated premises supervisor.
Transfer a premises licence
You can apply to have a premises licence transferred to your name. You need the consent of the existing licence holder to do this.
Before you apply
To apply to transfer a premises licence, you will first need:
- to have a current premises licence
- the consent of the premises licensee to transfer
- to pay the transfer fee
Consent to specify a designated premises supervisor (DPS)
If the business is changing and you are also changing the DPS, you will need to apply to:
- transfer the premises licence
- complete a new DPS consent form
