Premises operating schedule

How to submit your operating schedule, detailing all licensable activities to be carried out on the premises and how you are proposing to uphold the licensing objectives.

You must submit an operating schedule along with your premises licence application.

What your operating schedule must contain

You must tell us:

  • details of all licensable activities to be carried out on the premises
  • the times when licensable activities are to take place
  • the times when the premises are open to the public
  • if the licensable activities include the supply of alcohol – the name and address of an individual will be specified as the designated premises supervisor (DPS)
  • if the licensable activities include the supply of alcohol and whether the alcohol is to be supplied for consumption on and/or off premises
  • the steps you are taking to promote the 4 licensing objectives that will become conditions on your licence

The operating schedule is a very important part of the application. It gives information that will enable us and other relevant authorities to judge whether your proposals to promote the 4 licensing objectives are satisfactory.
